Debone the chicken legs and remove the skins. Cut the meat into small bites and braise them with the chopped onions and grated carrot. Add the rice and stir periodically.
Pour in the hot water and add the tomato paste. Stir and put it on the stove on the highest setting.
10 min. after boiling point, turn the stove off and close the pot with a lid.
After 30 min., remove the water from the stove. Sprinkle with fresh parsley!
