Sprinkle the cleaned and chopped calamari with lemon juice and leave them for 5 min. Drain.

Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and lemon zest and braise them. Add the calamari and fry for another 1-2 min.

Season with salt, black pepper and parsley and serve with lemon slices.
