Boil the meat for about 40 min. Chop the onions, carrot and pepper finely, braise them in a separate pot with a little oil, then add the boiled pork to them.
Pour in the broth from the meat and once boiling, add the tomatoes and paprika.
Boil the dish another 20 min., then add the flour which you've diluted in a little water, finally the salt and spices.
Boil another 10-15 min. on low heat while stirring nonstop and your dish is ready!
