The cleaned carrots are cooked in boiling water for no more than four minutes. Drain and cut into circles.
Heats the butter in a pan over medium heat, add carrots, salt and sauté about 1-2 minutes. Afterwards, transfer into a baking dish.
The eggs get well mixed with the cream, parmesan and finely chopped ham. The mixture is poured over the carrots.
Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven, for about 20 minutes.
