Ingredients

  • lemons - juice of 1
  • eggs - 3.
  • stock - 1 cup (250 ml) vegetable
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Beat the eggs and lemon together. Gradually add the boiling stock, stirring constantly.

Put back on the heat, but do not allow to boil. Stir gently, until the mixture begins to thicken.
