Crumble the biscuits coarsely in a form with removable sides and chop the pineapple over them. Stir with a wooden spoon in order to spread everything out evenly.
Prepare the starch in a pot according to packet directions. Shortly before turning the stove off, add the white chocolate and wait for it to melt.
Leave the cream to cool.
Put the wafers in a blender and blend them to fine crumbs.
Pour the cream over the cake, sprinkle the wafers on top and leave it in the fridge to harden.
