How to cook
Peel the potatoes and wash them. Cut them into pieces and put them in a pot of water. Add salt to taste and boil the potatoes until ready. Do not over-cook.
Once ready, take the potatoes out and leave them to cool. Grate them coarsely into a bowl.
Cut the pickles into quarters - down the middle lengthwise, then widthwise.
Hard-boil the eggs in water on the stove. Peel them.
Put the equivalent of 2 grated potatoes at the bottom of a glass cook pot. Distribute 2 chopped pickles on top.
Grate 1 egg over the distributed pickles. Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl very well.
Smear this mixture on top. Repeat this order twice. For the third layer, arrange potatoes, pickles, mayo with cream cheese and then egg.
