How to cook
Roughly chop the onion and fry in preheated oil. Add minced pork and parboil the rice advance.
In a big, greased pan, place part of the chopped cabbage, mixed with the caraway. Lay a layer of meat, layer of cabbage and cover everything with hot water.
Put a lid on it and leave to stew for one hour in a pre- heated oven. The ready pork with cabbage is served after a quick stir.
Before serving, add the mixed with cream shuffle (or maybe milk or stock) flour and tomato purée.
Stir and put in until it boils. On several occasions, shake the pan. Thus prepared, the cabbage is very juicy.
