Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 17.6 oz (500 g) young
  • peppers - 5 grains
  • bay leafs - 1
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 2 tablespoons

Preparation

Wash and clean the mushrooms well. Put them to boil in salted water for about 15 minutes.

Afterwards, drain them and add them to the pepper, bay leaf and the boiled vinegar with salt and mustard.

Put in the rest of the oil and place the marinated mushrooms with mustard in the refrigerator for several days before consumption .
