Wash the potatoes and boil them. Peel, mash and let them cool.
Add the mashed feta cheese, cream cheese, break an egg on top and season with the spices. Stir until homogeneous.
Put filling along the wide part of each sheet, fold the edges inward and wrap into a roll.
Break the 3 eggs into a bowl and beat them. Dip each cigar in the eggs, then in breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden in heated oil.
Drain the cigars onto paper towels. Serve warm.
