Wash the shrimp and throw them onto a well heated pan in which you've melted the butter beforehand.
Sprinkle with the pressed or finely chopped garlic and stir for 10-15 min. max.
Shrimp cook fairly quickly so you can take them off the stove even on the 7th minute but then leave them to take in the garlic flavors well.
I like to stir them for a bit longer. Sprinkle with chopped dill.
Serve with a glass of Chardonnay!
