How to cook
Peel and discard a thin outer layer of the ginger root. Grate it coarsely into a bowl. Transfer to a small jar (I always make a small dose).
Stir well, close with the cap. Leave it in the fridge for 2-3 days for all the ingredients to mix well and for the ginger's spicy taste to soften up.
Take 1 tsp of it every morning on an empty stomach.
