How to cook

Peel and discard a thin outer layer of the ginger root. Grate it coarsely into a bowl. Transfer to a small jar (I always make a small dose).

Add the honey and juice of a lemon. If it's an all-natural lemon you can add the rind as well after washing it very well.

Stir well, close with the cap. Leave it in the fridge for 2-3 days for all the ingredients to mix well and for the ginger's spicy taste to soften up.

Take 1 tsp of it every morning on an empty stomach.

Prepare this healthy elixir and you'll feel great all winter!
