Add it to the mince and knead again to mix all the products. Divide up into 3 equal-sized parts, form each one into a nest with a flat bottom and edges around it.
Arrange them in an oiled tray, break an egg in the middle of each. Sprinkle with a pinch of Himalayan salt and a little black pepper on top.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven about 25 min. and take the tray out. Serve these tasty nests with lettuce salad, sprinkle the eggs with a pinch of mixed spices. Bon appetit!
