Start with the sauce: put the finely crumbled chocolate and cream in a bowl. Heat them in a water bath until the chocolate melts and you obtain a smooth chocolate mixture.
Remove them from the stove but leave the bowl with the mixture in the hot water so it doesn't cool.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar using a whisk, add the milk, oil, cocoa, cinnamon and the sifted and mixed together baking powder and flour.
Pour the mixture into an oiled oven-safe 8 3/4″ (22 cm) diameter tray or rectangular tray. Set the microwave to max (for most 800 W ovens), put the tray in it and turn the oven on.
Cook for 5 min., take the baked cake out, pour the chocolate sauce over it and sprinkle with coconut flakes. There`s no quicker way to make a cake!
