Sift the flour and make a well in the middle of it.
Pour in the water, olive oil and the baking soda extinguished in the vinegar.
Knead a dough and leave it to rest for 30 min.
Shape it into a pita and place it in a buttered and floured tray.
Decorate using 2 forks and bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 30 min.
After taking it out of the oven, smear with water and wrap in a clean towel.
