Cut the sausages into round slices, put them in a pan and braise. Once fried, add the mashed tomatoes (can use canned).
Leave the tomato sauce to boil on the stove until thickened.
Season with salt, black pepper and savory. Shortly before it's ready, add the sliced garlic.
Lastly, break an egg, stir it in carefully so it doesn't turn to threads. Serve the dish sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
