The Tastiest Brandy Appetizer
- cottage cheese - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
- butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
- garlic - 3 cloves (or dry powdered)
- dill - 2 bunches (can use dry)
- black pepper
Mash or press the garlic so it's ready to be added. Pour the butter in a pan and once it melts, add the cottage cheese and a little salt.
Stir with a wooden spatula, braise briefly.
Add the garlic, chop the dill and add it too.
This tasty and buttery appetizer is perfect for brandy or other types of alcohol.
