How to cook
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into round slices.
Clean the onions, cut them coarsely. Mix the potatoes, onions and oil in a suitable bowl.
Salt them to taste and stir with the black pepper. Pour it into a glass cook pot and bake in a strong oven.
Optionally, while the potatoes are still warm, sprinkle them with grated cheese and fresh spices.
