Braise the chicken meat and take it out into a tray.
Put the peppers and bacon in the same oil. Once they soften, add the mushrooms too.
Once the water evaporates, add the onions that you've cut into crescents.
After a few min., add the tomatoes along with the garlic, wine and pickles.
Pour in 1 cup water, add the spices and transfer to the tray with the meat.
Bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 50 min. Then pour in the cream and leave for another 20 min. in the oven.
