Dice the chicken breasts into a pot with oil and braise briefly.
Pour in the white wine and leave them to saute until softened and the alcohol evaporates. Add the mushrooms if they're from a jar.
If fresh, saute them ahead of time in oil and then add them. Next comes the cream, leave it to heat well.
Finally add the finely chopped smoked processed cheese, leave to melt completely. Season with black pepper and basil. Add salt only if needed.
