How to cook
Boil the chicken meat in 2 cups (0.5 L) water with the savory, onions and salt.
When ready, de-bone it and place in a tray or oven-safe glass cook pot.
In a deep pan, fry the finely chopped onions and when soft, add the finely chopped peppers and leave to stew a little.
Add the cream, stir well and pour this mixture over the meat, grate cheese on top and bake about 15 minutes.
