How to cook
Mix the minced meat with the spices, chopped parsley, onion, milk and stir well.
Shape 4 identical balls and distribute them along the bottom of the clay pot.
Flatten slightly and bake in a preheated oven. Once the meat is browned on top, add the tomato rings, break an egg on top and add a little bit of oil.
Leave the clay pots to bake finished.
If you wish, before putting the tomatoes, you can add a piece of cheese on the meatballs.
