Crumble the bread and soak in a bowl of water, with the crushed garlic. After 5 minutes, mash it with a fork and add the mince paste, parsley, roughly chopped onion, beaten egg and flavor with spices.
With wet hands, knead the mixture well and make 24 equal balls. Thread them on skewers, between them you can put a piece of onion or pepper if desired.
Bake the kebabs on a spit for about 12 minutes on one side and flip.
Serve with sliced tomatoes, onions and corn, seasoned with olive oil, lime and coriander.
