- onions - 1 head
- garlic - 2 cloves
- bacon - 5.5 oz (150 g)
- wine - 2 to 3 tablespoons
- eggs - 2 - 3
- cooking cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
- black pepper
- parmesan - 2 oz (60 g) grated
Fry the finely chopped onion, garlic and bacon in a little preheated oil. Add 2-3 tablespoons of white wine and season with salt and pepper.
Beat the cream with the eggs and while whipping constantly, pour it into the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
To the Carbonara sauce, add the pre-boiled pasta and grated Parmesan. You can also add some mushrooms while frying.
