Ingredients

  • chili peppers - 11 oz (300 g) red
  • olive oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • apple cider vinegar - 3 tbsp
  • salt - to taste

How to cook

Clean the chili peppers from their stems and seeds. Combine them with olive oil, vinegar and salt in a blender or food processor.

Blend everything until homogeneous. Optionally, you can change up any of the ingredients listed to make the homemade chili sauce to your liking.

You can also add some green chilies, as well as soy sauce.
