How to cook
From the cooled puff pastry, cut out your desired shapes. Grate the cheese and stir in the beaten egg and spices.
Put filling in each and fold lengthwise, gently pressing their edges.
Arrange the pastries in a slightly greased tray.
Brush them with an extra egg (optional) with a little oil and put to bake in moderately heated oven, until they get a nice tan.
