Grate the feta cheese coarsely. To it add the eggs, yoghurt and oil. Stir everything well.
Then take 1 phyllo pastry sheet. Put a little of the filling on it but make sure there's some along the entire sheet. Put the folded up fortunes randomly on top. After you've placed the filling, roll up the sheet. Arrange the roll in an oiled tray.
Arrange in a spiral, start from the middle of the tray. Repeat with the rest of the sheets. Pour on the topping, made from the mixed together products for it. Make sure you stir the products well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven about 25-30 min. After it's baked, sprinkle with a little water and cover with a clean towel for about 10 min.
