  • flour - as much as it absorbs
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • oil - 3 tablespoons


Extinguish the baking soda in the vinegar. Make a well in the flour, add salt, oil and gradually 1 cup of cool water.

Knead a soft dough. While the dough is resting, smear the tray with oil.

While rolling out the pita in the tray, poke it with a fork to make the decorations. Put a coin wrapped in paper in it to - it's the lucky coin.
