How to make
Cut the butter into pieces in a bowl. Add the flour, cheese, salt and seeds. Beat the egg in another bowl and set aside 2 tbsp of it for smearing. Add the rest of the egg to the mixture.
Stir everything with your hands. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave it for 30 min. in the fridge.
Take it out and roll it out onto a floured surface into a rectangular form. Cut it into strips about 1/2″ (1 cm) wide.
Wrap each strip into a spiral, being careful not to tear the dough.
Place the strips in a tray laid out with baking paper.
Smear with the egg you set aside.
Bake at 374°F (190 °C) to a nice golden crisp.
