How to cook
Beat the eggs. To them add the yoghurt mixed with the baking soda. Stir well. Pour in the flour to them and stir again to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the vanilla and salt.
Put the pan on the stove and pour in the oil to heat up. Fry in the heated oil - scoop from the mixture with a spoon and pour it into the heated oil. Spread it out a bit.
Depending on the size of the pan, you can fry about 5-6 tiganici at a time. Upon serving, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar or jam.
