How to cook
Beat the eggs and yoghurt with 1/2 tsp baking soda.
Smear 1 sheet with this mixture and crumble feta cheese on top, wrap into a roll, arrange in a tray and repeat until all out of sheets.
Set aside a little of the mixture, pour 1 cup carbonated water into it and pour this over the phyllo pastry. Add butter and bake at 374°F (190 °C).
