How to cook
Spread out the puff pastry on the table and cut out wide strips from it, smear each with a little of the mashed garlic.
If making them for kids, skip the garlic.
Place a piece of Vienna sausage in each strip and wrap them up into rolls, stick the ends together with butter.
On top, smear them with a beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with mixed spices.
Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for 25 min.
