Sauteed Baby Potatoes with Dill and Garlic

  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g) baby
  • salt
  • dill
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • oil - 4 - 5 tablespoons


Boil the potatoes with their peels in salted water but don't over-boil them. Leave them to cool slightly and peel them.

Heat the oil well and put several potatoes in it. Stir periodically but be careful not to mash them.

They need to get a crunchy crust and soft inside. Do this for all of the potatoes. Chop the garlic and dill finely.

Arrange the potatoes in a plate and sprinkle them with the spices. Optionally, sprinkle them with apple cider vinegar.
