How to cook
Knead a soft dough from the listed products. Leave it to rise until doubled in volume.
Roll out the dough into a rectangular sheet. Distribute the filling in the middle. Arrange round slices of tomato and processed cheese on top. On both sides of the filling, cut the dough into strips and fold them over the filling.
Smear the roll with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake at 392°F (200 °C) until ready.
