Mix the finely beaten biscuits with melted butter. The mixture is placed as a cheesecake base, in a round pan.
To the well beaten cream are added powdered sugar, cheese, juice and the zest of two lemons.
The mixture is placed on the base and is evened out.
Leave the cheesecake to stand in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Optionally, you can decorate it with fruit.
