Banana Vegan Cream

- bananas - 2
- sesame tahini - 2 tablespoons
- carob flour - 2 tablespoons
- cocoa - 1 tsp
- coconut flakes - 1 tsp
Put the bananas, sesame tahini and carob flour in a blender.
Blend until you obtain a smooth mixture. Transfer it to an elegant glass and put in the fridge for about an hour.
Sprinkle the hardened cream with cocoa and coconut flakes and serve.
