From the products listed for the layers, knead a dough and divide it into 6 identical balls, roll them out into very thin sheets. Bake them on top of baking paper in a 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 6-7 min. until reddened.
Using a round plate about 11″ (28 cm) in diameter, cut out identical round layers.
To make the cream mixture, first beat the cooled liquid cream until thickened.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar into cream. Add the sour cream and stir with a spoon, finally add the thickened cream.
Assemble the cake: cake layer, cream mixture, etc. until you run out. Add blueberry jam between the layers too. Pour melted chocolate, as well as part of the crumbs from the cut outs of the layers, on top.
