How to cook
Pick ripe and healthy fruits. Clean them and cut them into small pieces. Spray them with a little lemon juice so they don't darken while you're slicing them.
Pour the fruits into a large pot on the stove and add water. Once boiling, add the sugar and mix well.
Add the cloves and leave to boil until thickened, while stirring regularly.
Toward the end, add the citric acid and geranium for flavor. Distribute the hot jam into warm jars. Turn them with their caps down until they've cooled.
