How to cook
Mix the powdered sugar, flour and cocoa. Heat 1/2 the milk to boiling point.
In the rest of the milk, beat the egg and pour this in a thin trickle to the dry ingredients.
Stir until homogeneous and pour it into the boiling milk while stirring nonstop.
Before it's ready add in the ground hazelnuts as well.
Remove from the stove and add the diced butter. Beat with a mixer to fluffy cream.
Distribute the cream into glasses and cool them.
