How to cook
Put the chicken to boil. Then drain and chop finely, you can use the broth for soup later. Beat the egg for the dough with butter, milk and cream.
Add salt, baking soda and flour gradually. Put as much flour as needed to get the dough smooth. Wrap in foil and place in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes.
For the filling, fry crushed onion and carrot in a little oil and add the preheated chopped chicken.
Season with spices and remove from the heat. Roll the dough into crust and place it in the pan, it must cover the walls.
Shape it’s top beautifully, removing excesses. Pour in the chicken with vegetables and pour the beaten eggs in with the cream. Put the pie with the chicken to bake in a moderately heated oven, until well- browned.
