Ingredients

  • flour - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • coconut flour - 2 tbsp
  • cocoa - 2 tablespoons
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • milk - 3 tablespoons
  • vanilla
  • for the cream
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp
  • butter - 4 tbsp, melted
  • coffee - 1 tsp, finely ground
  • coconut flour - 1 tbsp
  • vanilla

How to cook

Mix the butter, coconut, flour, sugar and vanilla well and add the eggs while stirring. Add the flour sifted with the baking powder and salt, then pour in the milk.

Pour the mixture into a greased oven dish to bake for about 40-45 minutes in a moderately heated oven. Beat all the ingredients for the cream with a mixer, until you get a smooth consistency.

I like to add a little extra cocoa to the cream. Pour the glaze over the cooled cake and allow it to cool completely before serving.
