Mix the eggs and sugar, add the yogurt, along with the oil and then the flour in lots, which you've mixed with the baking powder and sifted beforehand. Once the mixture homogenizes, add the walnuts and the peeled and coarsely grated quinces.
Pour this cake mixture into a pre-greased and floured baking dish or form. Bake the quince cake at 356°F (180 °C) until dry on the inside.
You can sprinkle the ready and slightly cooled cake with powdered sugar.
