Boil the soy milk and leave it to cool slightly to room temperature. Stir in the honey and maple syrup until everything is dissolved.
Blend the cleaned fruit, then sift the puree through a sieve to remove the small seeds, if any, from the fruits you used.
Add the orange juice to the fruit mixture and stir with the milk mixture, using a mixer. Pour the mixture into a container for freezing. Put it to freeze, while beating it several times every 1-2 hours.
