Put all of the ingredients into a suitable container for kneading and start adding a little flour at a time until the dough becomes firm and it's ready for rolling out.
Having prepared dough, take a little bit of it and roll it out into a sheet with a thickness of 1/4 (5 mm).
Use cookie cutters to form cookies, arrange them in an oiled baking dish.
Bake at 356°F (180 °C) in the oven, for about 10 minutes, until they turn a pale yellow color.
Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
