- red onions - 1
- green garlic - 3 stalks
- peppers - 7
- tomatoes - 1 jar, slices
- eggs - 5
- sugar - 1 pinch
- black pepper
Chop the red onions into slices into a pan with a nonstick coating and put it on low heat with a little oil. Then add the finely chopped garlic.
Fry until browned. Next, chop the peppers and put them in to soften briefly, while stirring, then pour in the tomatoes and leave to thicken.
Add the spices, excluding the parsley, which comes at the end. Once the dish thickens a bit, add the eggs carefully without stirring and cover with a lid for 10 min.
Then remove the lid and your eggs are ready. Finally, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
