How to cook
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl - flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and stir.
To them add the oil and cup of warm water, then stir everything - preferably with a mixer on low speed. Next add the jam with walnuts and beat well again.
It's best to pour the mixture onto a tray with baking paper. Bake in a preheated 428°F (220 °C) oven until ready. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
