Boil the chicken and debone it.
Saute the vegetables in the oil for about 7-8 min. Add the paprika, season with salt. Pour the cabbage with veggies into the clay pot, add the chicken meat and pour in 1 cup of the broth. Sprinkle with black pepper.
Cover with the lid and bake in the oven until the cabbage softens and the dish is left in just oil.
Don't forget to put the clay pot in a cold oven and then turn it on. Otherwise, your clay pot may crack.
