How to cook
Wash and dry the chicken steaks. Cut them into strips with a sharp knife. Season with salt and black pepper.
Mix the oil with the Ras el hanout spice mix. Pour this marinade over the chicken strips and stir well, to cover the meat well. Leave them for a few hours to marinate.
Once ready, transfer to an oven dish and bake, initially covered with foil for about 20 min. Remove the foil and bake another 10 min. Make the sauce by mixing all the listed products for it and stirring well until homogeneous.
Toast the Arabic pitas briefly in a pan and smear them with the sauce. Add the chicken strips, tomatoes, fries, roll them up and serve.
