Cut the meat into bites and braise. Once ready, remove them from the pan and add the sliced mushrooms to the pan.
Once they're braised, take them out and in their place put the chopped cabbage.
Once it's ready too, take out and in the same pan braise the carrots, onions, peppers, finely chopped ginger and garlic.
Return the meat, mushrooms and cabbage to the pan and pour on the sauce. To make the sauce, mix all the ingredients for it in a pot and bring to a boil.
Leave the dish for about 5 min. for the sauce to glaze it.
