Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - enough to obtain a cake - like batter
  • oil

How to cook

Beat the eggs, add the milk to them. Add the salt, baking soda and then the flour.

With a tablespoon, scoop the dough and pour it into piles in the pan with plenty of oil, try to get circular or elliptical fritters, then fry until browned.

Serve them with feta cheese or jam, according to taste.
